On-campus immersions to collaborate with other future organization leaders
Delivered online by Baylor University School of Education’s Department of Curriculum & Instruction, the award-winning Doctor of Education (EdD) in Learning and Organizational Change program is recognized for innovation, diversity, promotion of social justice and equity, and a highly responsive and adaptive student support system.3 The program prepares leaders across a multitude of backgrounds to systematically drive transformative change in their workplace — in everything from higher education and K–12 schools to nonprofit firms and government agencies. The program can be completed in as few as 36 months with options available for a more flexible schedule. Master’s required to apply.
The School of Education is a caring community of faith-based scholars united by their belief in the power of education to shape our world for the better. Online doctoral students engage with peers and instructors during weekly live, face-to-face classes; complete interactive online coursework; participate in extensive guided research; attend two on-campus immersions; and work toward a final Problem of Practice dissertation that aligns with their career goals and industry needs.
Develop the skills to transform your organization for the better.
