Delivered online by Baylor University School of Education’s Department of Curriculum & Instruction, the award-winning Doctor of Education (EdD) in Learning and Organizational Change program is recognized for innovation, diversity, promotion of social justice and equity, and a highly responsive and adaptive student support system.2 The program prepares leaders across a multitude of backgrounds to systematically drive transformative change in their workplace — in everything from higher education and K–12 schools to nonprofit firms and government agencies.
